Refund Policy
This page explains how payments and refund requests will work when paid TestTaiyari access launches.
Current status
TestTaiyari does not currently accept payments. No paid pass can be purchased on the website today.
Digital access
Paid passes will be one-time digital purchases with no automatic renewal. After the purchased access is granted, the purchase will generally be non-refundable.
Failed or duplicate payments
A charge that does not create the purchased access, or a verified duplicate charge, will be investigated and reconciled with the payment provider. The final support process will be published before payments open.
Validity and expiry
Every checkout will show the covered mock, group, exam, category, or platform scope and its validity. Unused time is not refundable after access expires. Buying the same valid pass again may extend its expiry as shown during checkout.
Rights under law
Nothing in this policy removes a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. If the service supplied is materially different from what was promised, applicable consumer law will continue to apply.
